Lactobacillus acidophilus / helveticus.

Dosage

 Adults, take 1 capsule after each meal. Children 6-12 years, take 1 capsule per day

Contraindications

If experiencing nausea, fever, vomiting, bloody diarrhea or severe abdominal pain.

If you have immune-compromised conditions (Aids, lymphoma, long term corticosteroid treatment).

Cautions

Discontinue use and consult a healthcare practitioner if symptoms of digestive upset (i.e. diarrhea) occur, worsen or persist beyond 3 days. May contain traces of dairy and soy products.
